Following their commitment and efforts to encourage continued steadfast support for the Governor of Rivers State across Khana LGA, and in order to sensitize the ward on the upcoming local government elections, the Supervisor of Youth Affairs in Khana Local Government Area, Engr. Legborsi Yamaabana, together with the Ward 7 Leader of SIMplified Movement, Prof. Christian Micah, and other stakeholders, convened a Ward 7 stakeholders' meeting at Luumene Bangha.
The meeting brought together representatives from the eight communities that makes up ward 7. The primary focus was to ensure the ward remains informed and engaged in the upcoming elections while maintaining their strong support for the Governor.
During the meeting, scores of supporters of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike led by Ken Smart Otun openly dumped the FCT Minister and join the SIMplified Movement were warmly welcomed into the Ward 7 SIMplified family.
The people of Ward 7 reaffirmed their unalloyed commitment to supporting the Governor of Rivers State and pledged to follow his leadership in all endeavors.
The meeting had in attendance: Engr. Legborsi Yamaabana (Supervisor of Youth Affairs, Khana LGA), Prof. Christian Micah (Leader, SIMplified Movement, Ward 7), Dr. Baridoo Friday, Hon. Martins Nwigbo, and several other key stakeholders.
