Youths Commence A Light Up Project In Communities.
Bua Kaani Online Community has embarked on a PROJECT tagged " PROJECT LIGHTUP BUA KAANI" where they erected street lights in the community.
This initiative was birthed by some concerned youths of Bua Kaani via a WhatsApp Group. Bua Kaani is a community in Khana Local Government Area, Rivers State, Nigeria.
For Over 80 Years of existence, indigenes of Bua Kaani has experienced intense darkness and there's no trace of electricity in the community.
Countless times the community has been given hope of Electricity by the Government, NDDC and other concerned agencies.
This quagmire has been a lump in our throat.
On that account, Bua Kaani Online Community converged and contributed over 300k to help their community with some solar lights.
This project was commissioned by His Royal Highness, Mene Barikpoa Godwin Apere of Kaani 1 and Chief Saturday Ndiinee Of Kaani 2.
Both the kings and the community expressed their unreserved appreciation for the development that has come to community.
We hereby call on the Government of Rivers State and the NDDC, to remember the people of Bua Kaani and give us electricity.
